How to Apply for Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange Conditions
Return period: within 15 days after receiving the goods
Conditions for return and exchange: The product must have not been used or destroyed.
1. Contact us by email within the time limit, and attach the order number, product picture, and reason for return. Please understand that if you return an item without contacting us, we will not be able to process the return for you.
2. Our customer service staff will check and verify the order for you. We will respond to your return request within 24 hours on working days.
3. After confirming your order status, we will provide you with the return address and information. Please know that we do not provide shipping labels. You need to contact your local courier company that is most suitable for you to post the package. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer, and the shipping standard depends on the courier used by the customer. If it is due to errors and serious quality problems in the product, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by us.
4. We will send you a refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned package. (The refund does not include the shipping amount in the order). The refund will be returned to the account you used to pay.
5. Wait for the refund to arrive. If you paid with a PayPal account, the refund will be credited to your account immediately after we send the refund. If a credit or debit card is used for payment, the refund may take 7 working days to arrive. The specific time depends on the processing speed of your bank.

4. After we receive the goods, we will resend the goods you want to replace. Shipping costs for reshipping will be borne by us.
If you don't want it anymore after placing the order, please contact our customer service email within 24 hours after placing the order. We will cancel the order and refund for you. At the same time, we will charge 5% of the order amount as a cancellation fee.
A. When returning the goods, please attach a piece of paper to the goods, write your order number and contact e-mail address. So that we can record and deal with the after-sales service for you.
B. Please send us the tracking number after returning the product.
C. We do not provide shipping labels. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for items with errors and serious quality issues.
D. We handle the after-sales service for you without any handling fees.
E. If the order cannot be delivered normally due to incorrect receipt information (such as wrong address and contact number, city and zip code do not match). We are not responsible and refundable for this.
F. Long-term unclaimed packages lead to order delivery failure, and we are not responsible and refundable.
G. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
H. If tax is incurred during the return process, the cost shall be borne by the payer of the shipping fee. If a tax is incurred during the return process, the payer of the tax is the same as the bearer of the shipping fee.
